Most beginners won't know how to counter this, and as such, you'll find yourself winning a lot at the start, but once you reach the higher ranks, you're gonna encounter players who know how to counter Hwoarang. Hwoarang is notorious as a character who keeps pressing buttons, leaving your opponent constantly pressured. On top of the extensive moveset, my bigger concern here is that you're gonna develop really bad habits. Hwoarang has an extensive moveset, and he has 4 stances which you have to know their moves, and also how to transition in and out of them. I'll be honest with you, I wouldn't recommend Hwoarang as a beginner character, even though many people here might say you can use anyone to start learning Tekken because the game is so balanced.
